XEP-0461 Message Replies is broken in DMs #212
Description
Due to using the ID provided by <stanza-id /> for chat-type messages, some (likely most) clients do not properly interpret replies sent by Fluux. The <stanza-id /> ID is only supposed to be used to reference replies for groupchat-type messages, as other message types should be referenced with the ID attribute of the <message /> or <origin-id /> elements.
