Replaced outdated plans with the current direction: migrating the PDE UI to Jetpack Compose and modularizing core components. Clarified that the PDE will remain minimal, with advanced features supported via external tools thanks to the CLI and LSP updates. Removed references to Theia and previous editor overhaul ideas.
