Add Unit Tests for PVector in `processing:core`

Currently processing does not have unit tests for PVector. So it would be great if we have unit tests for them. The tests should cover all possible cases to ensure everything works as expected

Hi I've created a PR for it.

Also, after this I was planning to add tests for PMatrix, PMatrix2D and PMatrix3D as these classes are getting used throughout the rendering pipeline ig, so I think its necessary to ensure they work correctly. What do you think?

I also noticed that these unit tests are not integrated in GitHub workflows, so should I integrate them?

If you’ve finished your GSoC proposal and feel like contributing more, feel free to expand test coverage. Just know that this is totally optional, and not required for your application! Really appreciate what you’ve contributed so far.

For integrating tests into CI/CD, feel free to open a separate issue so we can discuss the best approach.

Yes. I would still love to expand test coverage as it can help new contributors to make contributions with ease and more confidently.
