Glitches after selecting a live wallpaper

Seems to work without problem during preview, but (sometimes) it show glitches, visual artifacts, or seems to freeze once it is selected. Seems to be similar to this issue reported in a OpenGL ES Engine for Android: Rajawali/Rajawali#527

Addressed, for the most part, with e772fd5, which avoids the sketch object to be re-created when selecting the wallpaper, and potentially getting static variables zeroed when the preview instance is disposed after the "real" one is running (see this comment).

The only ambiguous situation is if the user selects for preview the wallpaper that is current, obviously not a , since it appears that the wallpaper keeps running in the background while a new instance is creating only temporarily to be shown as preview, while going back to the running one if it re-selected. Right now, the only issue is that in this scenario, the preview is frozen, although the current wallpaper instance does not seem to be affected. Enough of a borderline case (previewing an already selected wallpaper) to not to do anything else about it.

All of the above is completely wrong!

The problem was due to saving/restoring the style in PApplet.onPause() and PApplet.onResume(). onPause() can be called right after the sketch was created, but still not initialized, so an empty style (all zeroes) was being stored in the savedStyle variable. Thus resulted in the glitches when this style got restored once the sketch is running, thus obliterating the valid style values. Properly fixed with a5802e6
