1.4.1 Release

We'd like to do a release of p5 soon! 🎉 I think the next release version should be 1.4.1. Is there anything else specific we need to get merged in before then? I'm thinking we can plan for the week of Jan 31.

Does that sound right to everybody?

No urgent fix that needs to be merged at the moment. There are a few open PRs but they will take some time to review and isn't any major bug fix so we don't have to wait for those. Not including the GIF and WebGL stuff though as I'm not following those.

I don't think there is anything urgent but @aferriss would know more on the WebGL front.

I don't believe there's anything major outstanding in webGL land either. Although, I would love to try and get #5557 merged before the release is built. I'll try and get it finalized asap!
