broken link in libraries page

Actual Behaviour

Broken link on /libraries -> blizard.js library

Expected Behaviour

the github user link and repo link are invalid

Steps to reproduce it

https://p5js.org/libraries/ -> scroll down to blizard.js

on searching google, found that it used to exist in the past
did not find any current repo named blizard.js

i agree, i looked up the library and the user and they are both gone,
are you interested in creating the pull request to fix this? :)

@montoyamoraga sorry, i tried to create a fork and make the changes, but since i am on windows, if i am not wrong, grunt messed up the newlines in all the files, which created a huge diff...

for anyone who wants to create a PR:

• delete /src/data/libraries/libraries.json blizard.js entry
• remove blizard.js description lines from all translation .yml files in here
• remove banner
