We can merge the dispatch event & the get_version steps in a custom action like https://github.com/bonitasoft/bonita-ui-designer-internal/blob/dcafb0fcf0bc7008f33a0072bf3694b0dfbc0b81/.github/actions/notify-slack/action.yml used on https://github.com/bonitasoft/bonita-ui-designer-internal/blob/fb9803ed9ebbd0dea40a77a07968edf6f41daeb0/.github/workflows/crowdin-download.yml.
