    CPU: (8) arm64 Apple M1 Pro
  Binaries:
    Node: 22.11.0 - ~/.nvm/versions/node/v22.11.0/bin/node
  npmPackages:
    tsx: ^4.19.2 => 4.19.2

tsx with --experimental-default-type=module emits The resolveSync() method is not implemented error.
