Blocks not returning text in Cyrillic

  Hello team,

I am having problem with the plugin when i am creating post in Cyrillic in the admin panel. After i fetch the data the content property is returning the data in the correct format but the block property with Cyrillic text inside is encoded. Do i miss something in the setup or you are not supporting Cyrillic? Thanks in advance!
