The engine prints Unicode status and tree characters even on terminals that are not UTF-8 #298

The engine hard-codes ✔ ✘ ⚠ ℹ and │ ├─ └─ (STATUS_SYMBOL and the tree glyphs in packages/cli-engine/src/execution/rendering.ts). It never checks whether the terminal can show them. The ORM had a glyph-mode.ts that chose between Unicode and ASCII; the engine did not adopt it. No user has reported garbled output yet.
