This PR updates
useStickyPaneHeightto use theuseIsomorphicLayoutEffectutility instead ofReact.useLayoutEffectto work in SSR.It also updates
useResponsiveValueto use thefallbackvalue during SSR by setting the default value ofuseMediatofalse.Would love feedback here to see if this update matches the intent of
useResponsiveValueor if I should find a way to expose these fallback values through the component API 👀
