One shouldn't be able to create two projects with the same name

For one, it can be quite confusing for the user.
And two, we won't be able to correctly route to a project by name.

Although probably we should move towards using slugs for projects in URLs, now that I think of it... Maybe moving to slugs is a different issue though.
