Unknown function KeyMap_Invoke

I get this error upon pressing the enter key to open a file. Seems like other mappings are ok like t for opening a file in a new tab. I noticed NERD_Tree.vim was recently decomposed into smaller chunks a few hours ago. Maybe the key_map.vim file ins't getting sourced? This error did not occur until I updated to the latest version of nerdtree via vundle.

Hey, yes I can confirm that I broke the mapping in that epic refactor. Im looking into it now.

Just pushed a fix, can you try it out and confirm that it fixes the bug?
