Improved visual experience.

The backend remains almost entirely the same, with a few minor timing improvements. Execution is now more verbose, indicating runtime dates, market status, and Allocator status, so you know what it's doing at all times. While Allocator is meant to run in the background forever, it's useful to be able to check in on it and understand what actions it's currently taking, or if it's taking none at all.

Streamlined, stable deployment and new features.

This version has been tested in live deployment. It features a redesigned file structure to make configuration and dependency installation a breeze before deployment. And, to make updating the source code simple, without having to reconfigure and add keys again.

Some highlights (documented in read-me):

• Account multiplier
• Streamlined file structure with configurate.sh command to setup basic config and key files
• Significantly improved daily email reports, with account-specific multiplier data, a better summary, and efficient re-organization of actions taken between allocation and rebalancing sections
