TinyTim - adding conditionals capability

@premasagar - any thoughts on adding the ability to handle conditionals in tinytim ( since you have it in tim already )? That would really enhance the already very elegant little brother version

Just sharing in case you were interested in merging it into your version. It is not a competitor for the more robust tim.js it is a simple extension of tinytim.js with a focus on keeping things very compact and controlled
