feat: Add pixi-url-bearer-token to authenticate when downloading from pixi-url

Especially in restricted corporate environments, it might be desirable to download pixi from an internal mirror that requires authentication. This PR adds an input pixi-url-bearer-token allowing you to supply a bearer token for the tool download from pixi-url.
