This updates the benchmarks to run against a previous known good state (preact-render-to-string@5.1.16), which makes them resilient to machine & time differences (similar to our tach setups).
It also adds a second
d8-based benchmark runner based on the same code, using a crappy version of benchmarkjs I wrote.
