- fixes and enhancements to cli, including:
- refit option in fit-grains
- fit-only flag to bypass spot extraction and use existing
- merging of transforms into existing (old) detector module
- angToXYO

- updates to condo recipe and IPython notebook for s/x calibration in hexrd/share
Force numpy >=1.9 and scikit-learn == 0.15.2. The former includes an important bug fix, and the latter is a workaround to the use of dbscan in the run_cluster function in hexrd.findorientations.
new function homochoricOfQuat takes (4, n) list of quaternions and takes it to a list (n, 3) list of homochoric parameters
