- Fixed initialization error in hexrd.findorientations.generate_orientation_fibers for the pre-allocated "qfib_tmp" container
- added ability for hexrd.xrd.transforms.detectorXYToGVec to output angles (tth, eta) with respect to the lab origin rather than the local
- cleaned up some of the thing in hexrd/share in anticipation of a working example
quick modification to allow output of angles in the reference frame for non-zero tVec_s, tVec_c
Merge updates to upstream repo with local commits

There were two -- the instrument cal it is still there under "example_calibration.yml". |
