This PR aims to add an event for the mouse movement which I had already talked about in this issue.
I had considered trying to put it as an option, fearing that it would impact the performances, but after talking about it with @let-def, we concluded that the impact would be really small and that the added complexity of the option would not be worth it.
If however, it appears that it could be an issue, I would gladly refactor the code in order to offer the choice to the user.
