Can't use arrow keys to move the cursor in text box

Describe the bug:
You should be able to move around the text input with arrow keys (left, right). You can only move 1 word forward/backward using arrow keys with Control pressed.

Left and right arrows have a special meaning in song select (they allow navigation to previous/next set on the carousel), so I'm pretty sure this is intended behaviour. Other text boxes should work fine.

It's used for the slider bars. We need to let the slider bars absorb input when hovered, otherwise the search bar will get the input.
