Improve keyboard navigation of mod select overlay

Describe the new feature: selecting mods with letters isn't good anymore as we are adding more and more mods, so we cannot make bindings which correspond to layout of icons, selecting with arrows and enter or selecting with tab and enter would be far more natural and easier to use and implement as there won't be any mod specific bindings

There should probably also be a search option as we expect the number of mods to become much larger.

Now that the new design is there, there are more problems if we want to retain stable behavior. Apart from the mods displaying vertically, it also doesn't have the "multimod" concept anymore. Key F for example is now double time and not hidden.

Personally, I don't use the shortcuts as often on stable as I click them instead. I also believe the new UX (mod presets / saving mods) would be a solution.

The shortcuts in stable were never intended to be mapped to specific mods. They were index based (thus the Q W E R / A S D F usage). I'd hope that users aren't associating based on mods but their visual position in the overlay, but let's see how it plays out.

I guess. No one complained autoplay being moved to the front since, maybe because the automation section is rarely used and/or people just use ctrl-enter instead I assume.
