No way to find osu!mania specific multiplayer rooms

With the recently merged change (#32373), it's no longer feasible to find rooms which have non-convert beatmaps for the ruleset you're looking for. See discussion on discord, changelog. We'll probably want to add an explicit toggle for showing freestyle rooms always, I guess (default off, saves to config).

I think a default of previous behaviour makes sense based on the feedback. Maybe we should only add the toggle when users request it? I'm neutral on the idea.
