When the player's name is long, the freestyle ui covered other left-aligned things.

The panels are also used to display: user's freestyle (beatmap/ruleset) as one icon, user's freemods, or (replacing the former two items) the user's beatmap state (download progress/whether they have a beatmap). It doesn't fit in the small amount of space available to the right.

Besides, the width of the panel is even smaller with the "kick user" button.

Probably need to introduce two-storey content for this; seems like the only way to solve this.

There's enough space to do this, so it seems like the obvious solution.
