Bug description

Any emoji is rendered as question mark, specifically emojis from text blocks.

I also found this ancient bug that was somewhat related, but that was only from user messages and seems to be fixed.

Both attached screenshots are from 2025.118.2 changelog.

So far this can be seen in changelogs and beatmap comments.

We don't have the ability to render emoji currently, so this is a best-effort. I will probably avoid using emoji in the changelog for now to avoid this being pointed out every release.
