Song stops playing after scrolling to start of timeline in editor

Bug description

Scrolling to the start of the map (on either the top or bottom timeline) using the scroll wheel causes the song to stop playing most of the time.

Scrolling by dragging the playhead to the left on the bottom timeline does the same, but less often.

The song starts playing again if you scroll anywhere on the timeline.

Seems to happen on all songs I tested (sample size of ~10)

Can confirm I'm still experiencing this issue in 2024.817.0-lazer

Though after further testing the issue seems to only be affecting my desktop PC and not my laptop where I didn't have osu installed previously.

And a reinstall of lazer fixed it on my PC as well. (I renamed AppData\Roaming\osu while reinstalling so it would create a new one). Renaming the folder back causes the issue to reappear.

I can share any needed files from my "broken" osu folder if reinstalling isn't a good enough solution for this issue and it needs further fixing.
