Translation in some languages does not fit into UI

I think this can be fixed by expanding the interface from the last letter to a certain number of pixels.

Keybindings menu should be expanded down one line in some cases.

scrolling text may be fine but only when used sparingly. i.e. on the now playing overlay, for example.

if you have text scrolling in half of the elements in the settings panel then people's eyes are going to bleed from the sheer amount of movement on screen. not to mention the performance implications.
