The task.json and launch.json configuration

Hi:
I'm new to ics2022 and VScode. I try to configure the task.json and launch.json in vscode automatically but failed.
So, if I need to configure that for my ics2022, is it necessary to read the vscode docs to configure, or there's some way to configure it by Vscode extensions?

Automatically generated configurations are not suitable for the project. Maybe the code jump works. But in most cases, you can see the annoying wave lines. In my memory, adding defines in configuration makes it. Reading vscode offical docs is necessary. Accurate configurations make the project easier.
