As per discussion:
- We should use non-bundled TDB where possible.
- A suggestion to rather use SQLite was also made.
I don't have reasonable objections against either approach, however: If a change is made from TDB to SQLite it should be kept in mind that generally cut-over happens "over time" (meaning old running pppd instances that is active at time of upgrade will keep running, and maintain TDB) whilst newer instances will then try and use SQLite - preventing multi-link from establishing properly between such upgrade cases. I'm not 100% sure of the overall impact here or if it even matters.
