Since it's a stricter parser, duplicate keys aren't allowed (which is good) Now we have a test for this condition too
It's the original with the duplicate value eliminated
This is because in Older Perls we're getting something unexpected: https://travis-ci.org/pplu/cfn-perl/builds/493267226
