This backports updates from the powersync.dart:
view_namefield in the table json.Schema validations are not implemented here yet - these currently have to be implemented in the respective SDKs.
Tests from powersync.dart are passing on this branch (have to manually build and load the libpowersync.so): https://github.com/powersync-ja/powersync.dart/tree/rust-lib
