What this changes
The README gets an "Every Yui" table. AGENTS.md and CONTRIBUTING-AGENTS.md now point to the nine new platform repos on postscarcityai: yui-macos, yui-watch, yui-visionos, yui-tvos, yui-android, yui-wearos, yui-desktop, yui-omarchy and yui-web.
Why
Anyone who wants to build the Mac, a watch, Android or another copy of Yui now has a place to push it. The Apple repos pull this one in as a git submodule, so the docs say that a shared-code change comes here as its own pull request, and the iPhone app must build and behave exactly as before.
Goes with postscarcityai/yuigui's "Every Yui has a repo" pull request (the site, the backlog wiring and the specs).
