Server: Connections dialog layouts unusable

Describe the issue:

The New Connections dialog for PostgresSQL has an unusable, garbled layout.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Enable the new connections pane
2. Click New Connection -> R -> PostgresSQL
3. Scroll the parameters dialog and attempt to enter a server name

Expected or desired behavior:

Working dialog layout.

Interesting, I can't reproduce on MacOS (Positron Version: 2025.03.0 (Universal) build 97) or dev builds.

I was using the server version when I saw this -- does it repro for you there?

I was able to repro on Server version. Actually all connection pane related modals look broken on server.
