This aims to fix #319.
The problem there was due to dependencies failing to install from source. While that's ultimately tied to the environment where the extension is deployed, switching to more recent versions of these packages from package manager will probably help. I generated a new manifest and only committed the sections for data.table and digest, which were the two that failed to install when I tried to deploy this app.
