Mention the need for Mozilla account #15

Hello,
I appreciate the manual provided here, but I am missing some information about the required account server. To use the sync server, the fxa (aka. account server) is required.
You can either use the Mozilla‑hosted service, which appears to be implied in this manual, or set it up yourself. A guide for self‑hosting is available here, but the task appears to be quite involved.
I did not find this information in the current manual and would suggest adding a section that explains the account‑server setup in more detail.
