Observed behavior:
When not tiling, clicking with the mouse on applications (Teams, Firefox, Nautilus, etc) selects the intended target within that window every time.
When tiling, at some point, clicking on a windows will "skip" the foreground window and "activate" the desktop, as if I clicked the non-visible wallpaper behind the application/ application stack. It seems most prevalent when Teams for Linux is running (along with its tray icon), but sometimes also occurs when it is not. Clicking a second time will focus appropriately and perform a left-click on the application window. This makes using most GUI applications very difficult. Disabling/ Re-enabling tiling occasionally will fix this behavior for a bit, but rarely persists.
Stacked and non-stacked tiled applications are affected.
If a video would be beneficial, I could try to get a video capture of the behavior.
