[Bug] Cosmic Dock Auto-hide function issue

Describe the bug
Cosmic Dock Auto Hide function doesn't work properly after deleting an applet. The dock auto-hides even when an application is not full screen.

To Reproduce
Turn on Autohide, then Go to settings and delete any of the default dock applets.

Expected behavior
Dock should hide only when the applications are full screen.

It's a known issue. The panels seem to revert to their old autohide behavior (hiding whenever there's a window on the workspace, rather than only on overlap) when they are restarted in a session. I think logging out or a reboot fixes this.

I don't think I've seen it reported, so this shouldn't be closed until it's fixed.

I think this issue was fixed since. If you're on Pop!_OS 24.04, you should already have the update. If you're on another distro, you may have a nightly COSMIC update source available (e.g. the Fedora COSMIC Copr).
