Expedtion requirement need update #21
Description
With the arriving of new ship type 'escort'(DE), requirements of some expeditions were changed.
For example , expedition no.5 now has two shiptypes-count conditions to reach the requirement.
Either 1CL 2DD or 1DD 3DE is OK.
According to Wikiwiki (海防艦、護衛空母(大鷹)の遠征での扱いについて
The logic has to be refactored to satisfy optional combinations, and the data need to be updated.
