"Pin by default" does not always function as expected

"Pin by default" does not always function as expected and often encounters issues in the following situations:

1. When the browser is newly launched (with no webpage cache).
2. When loading a particularly complex webpage.

It seems that in these scenarios, the high CPU usage caused by webpage loading might hinder globalSpeed from functioning effectively in a timely manner. I have previously used another browser extension, "Video Speed Controller," which consistently worked without such issues. I truly appreciate globalSpeed and would be very grateful if optimizations could be made to address this problem. Thank you so much for your hard work!
