Hey, I'm Arkadiy Paronyan and I've been involved with Polkadot since day 0.
I contributed to the initial implementation of the low level systems for the substrate stack. Including the storage layer, state pruning system, block sync and networking. Here is a list of most notable sustrate PRs according to github.
I have also designed parity-db.
I would like to apply for rank 4 or 5.
