Describe the solution you'd like
Add researcher provided scripts to combine all the summary of business files into a single large CSV. This will be used to ingest the raw summary of business data into the database. The current scripts don't add the column names to the CSV so this needs to be added. CSV columns should match what the USDA has for columns in the raw data so we have the data in raw form that we can ingest to the database.
