Add Cactus Fruit

As of Stardew Valley v1.3.27, Cactus Fruit is a crop that can be grown from Cactus Seeds. Cactus plants can only be grown inside, but will grow inside all year round. Consequently, to add Cactus Fruit will require tweaking the software architecture to allow for plants that grow all year round (without enabling the greenhouse option).
