When should join_where be considered stable?

It is really great the the join_where functionalty was added - thank you! In the docs it stated as unstable. How long would you expect that to remain?

First of all, I am assuming that you are talking about API design stability.

It is a fairly recent addition, so it will inevitably require time to stabilize. There are a couple of open issues which can potentially change the API design. Once the devs are confident that the API design can be frozen, they will mark it as stable.

TL;DR: Nobody, not even the devs know, when it will marked as stable.
