entropy() should error with strings

Reproducible example

import polars as pl
from scipy.stats import entropy

# scipy
entropy(1) # 0.0
entropy("a")

numpy.core._exceptions._UFuncNoLoopError: ufunc 'multiply' did not contain a loop with signature matching types (dtype('float64'), dtype('<U1')) -> None

# polars
pl.Series([1]).entropy() # 0.0
pl.Series(["a"]).entropy() # 0.0

Issue description

I'm not familiar with entropy() but I think it should error on strings, like scipy.

Expected behavior

Error about wrong type
