Additional information:

I downloaded the version 7.0.0, then this error started coming

the pnpm folder does not exist in Roaming\npm, but in C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\pnpm

previously i always used ttypescript/ ttsc which worked fine and i just noticed that tsc did not work.

i installed pnpm like described and all cli utils work except tsc.
however i even tried removing pnpm from my path environment variables and install typescript with npm globally

currently i can use tsc only when mentioning the complete path C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\npm\tsc

in my system environment variables > user variables > path:

• C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\npm
• C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\typescript\bin

pnpm -v

I have no more ideas what to try

Check your nodejs install path， delete the tsc related scripts if exists

I fixed that running a new pnpm install:
iwr https://get.pnpm.io/install.ps1 -useb | iex

I ran into this problem after moving from volta to vfox.
Eventually I found it.

I tried removing all path variables relating to pnpm binaries.
However, I configured the store to be in a different place (my pc comes with a second HDD which is ssd so I pointed to a folder on that disk).
What seems to be the problem is upgrading pnpm by running pnpm i -g pnpm must have added a binary to the global store, which was still in my path variables.
Because I removed any pnpm binaries in my appdata folder it stopped working and reinstalling it didn't work out very well.

After I pruned my old store, reinstalled pnpm using corepack enable pnpm and reconfigured the store location it seems to run fine again.
I hope this helps someone.

I am experiencing an issue with pnpm where I receive the following error message:

/mnt/c/Users/Administrator/AppData/Roaming/npm/pnpm: 15: exec: node: not found

This error occurs even though I have both pnpm and node installed on my system.
