[3.13] DynamicForm cannot display lookup value when the source field is not Title

Please specify what version of the library you are using: [ 3.13.0 ]

If you are not using the latest release, please update and see if the issue is resolved before submitting an issue.

Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

This is the same issue as #1215. It was fixed but somehow occurred again (Perhaps something conflicted when merge the code?)

Observed Behavior

The dynamic form will show empty in lookup field control if this lookup field doesn't use "Title" as source field.

We just need apply the same hotfix as #1215. I will send a PR to fix it.
