Suggestion: Discussion for announcing releases?

Hello,

I just got back from vacation and realized that a new version of PnP Framework was released. Really nice work, thanks!

Is it possible to start a pinned discussion here where new releases are announced and where we consumers can subscribe to get a notification?
(I couldn't find another way to get notifications for nugets, other than checking RSS feeds?)

Good suggestion. We already do this kind of thing in SPFx Toolkit as well.
Till now we, perform a release blog post https://pnp.github.io/blog/post/pnp-core-sdk-1-17-pnp-framework-1-20-release/ and provide on update on the PnP Community calls.
I will reach out with the rest of the team and we will align our release flow to include discussions as well 👍
Just to let you know, in case you are not already aware, we do plan to deprecate PnP Framework in future, and moving forward maintain only PnP Core to which we will move the Modernization and Provisioning logic/engine as separate NuGets.

I think your intended way of mergin PnP Core and Framework is the correct one, simplify so the support functionality can be maintainable. 👍
