Upgrade to Node@24

Now that Node@22 is in maintenance mode and v24 is LTS, let's upgrade to v24 as default. We can then keep v22 for testing and optionally add v25.

For reference, here's the node version usage from the last 30 days:

There's still some CLI v11 usage on Node v20 but majority is on v22 followed by v24.
