Add `CLI for Microsoft 365 PowerShell Predictor` into Docker image

The recently released CLI for Microsoft 365 PowerShell Predictor would be a great user friendly addition to the Docker container.

Ran into a problem when testing this out, might be permissions related but raised an issue on the repo to investigate further.
