What Should Happen
Format column. which is working well, without affecting the layout or design of the edit form.
What Actually Happens
The edit from is showing the same formatting on multi-select choice so you aren't able to edit. The workcategory pill hides some of the options selected so you can't deselect. The multi-choice-icons shows a bunch of grey values and you can't pick any real value. I would like to see the regular editing interface with formatted columns.
